You know it’s the holiday season…
When you can’t get to Amazon.com. I’ve been trying for the last hour or so, and can’t seem to get to the site. Unless they’re having some sort of weird outage, or there’s some sort of network foul-up this morning, the site must be getting hammered with people doing their Christmas shopping.
Favorite album of 2007
2007 is almost done and over with (already? Sheesh!) so it’s time to pick a winner for my favorite album of the year. Which is to say, the album that I’ve listened to over and over and over… not necessarily an album released this year. Because, to be honest, I’m not sure I’ve even purchased more than one album that was actually released this year.
And, the winner is (envelope, please!)…

What could be better than chocolate chip cookies? Why, chocolate chip cookies with bacon, of course. Some ideas really weren’t meant to be put into action, but they did it anyway.

Zonkerama 2.0
As promised, I’ve finally gotten ’round to relaunching Zonkerama, the one and only site for all things… um, Zonker.
My other blog is all about journalism, technology, open source, and various things geekish. This one’s about whatever I find interesting, fun, rantworthy, and so forth. My goal for 2008 is to update this at least five times a week, if not daily. Help me meet my goal by suggesting interesting things to blog about.
